So Who Is To Blame For the Foreclosure Crisis?

by Chris Melson on October 20, 2008

Below are two very different videos that look at the housing crisis in very different ways.  Both are important to watch to get an understanding of the difficulty our country faces in solving the current housing mess.

The 1st  is a rational “on the other hand” approach to what is happening in our real estate economy.

The 2nd is the human and emotional side of the foreclosure crisis.

Both have different opinions of who are the ‘victims’ of the housing crash.

Even though these videos take place in Southern California, the scenes and conclusions are similar to what is occurring in the Palm Beach area.
